Mission Statement

            What do we do?

Our mission is to facilitate growth in the youth ministries of local churches. 

             How do we do this?

By providing services that equip the local church for spiritual and numerical growth.

            Why are we doing this?

There is a crisis in the leadership of churches, particularly in the area of youth ministry and influencing teen culture. Research shows that most youth pastors will quit ministry between 2 and 4 years, evaluating themselves as ineffective. Bible colleges and national youth organizations agree that this must change.

Services

C4 is a Para-church organization. We have been in operation since 2006. Our first goal is to provide a way for youth teams from the local church to have clubs on middle and high school campuses. Every year, the ministry has grown to provide many more services. Here are some of them:

* Laying the ground work in each city/school with the appropriate individuals to open the door for C4 and the local church at that school.

* Educating and assisting youth pastors in how to establish and keep a good relationship with school administrators.

* Teaching and training youth pastors around the country on how to reach “un-churched” kids. We have done this at large high school conferences and at individual churches.

* Providing support services to youth pastors including: Bible studies, group activities, special events, help at club meetings, guest speaking, workshops, and leading worship.

* Teaching, presenting and serving at several conference/special events including: CIY, middle school Camp Como, Project 7, and more to come.

* Throughout the 5 cities that we are currently working in, we reach an average of at least 1,000 teens per month inside of the schools.

Needs Assessment

Without the C4 organization, it is almost always impossible for a church to run a club or similar activity on a school campus. None of the other para-church, campus ministry programs are fulfilling this mission.

Goals

* To have the ability and resources to reach and assist the many other churches that our interested in using C4’s services.

* To raise enough support to hire at least 2 more employees to assist in the continued growth of the ministry.

* To provide special events across the country to assist youth ministries in changing the culture of the youth in their cities, including: worship services, purity conferences, youth ministry team trainings, etc.

Funding Sources

Our ministry is supported through 2 main areas:

* Monthly or annual support from the missions funds of various churches.

1. *Individuals and businesses who give out of their own pockets either monthly or sporadically.
